Short-handed Knights return home, defeat Vancouver Canucks

LAS VEGAS — The Vegas Golden Knights shook off a slow start and rallied to defeat the Vancouver Canucks 3-1 at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday.
Center William Karlsson broke a 1-1 tie 3:44 into the third period. Defenseman Alex Pietrangelo also scored for the Knights (21-8-3), who picked up their sixth win in seven games.
Goaltender Adin Hill made 20 saves in the win. The Knights played without left wing Ivan Barbashev and center Nicolas Roy, who were out with upper-body injuries.
