Patrick McDonnell

Cartoonist Patrick McDonnell began his popular comic strip "Mutts" in 1994, and its popularity has spread to 20 countries. Now in more than 700 newspapers and 16 compilations, McDonnell's daily comic has won over fans and pet lovers with its classic art style and lovable characters. His work has been praised by famous fellow artists like Matt Groening, Art Spiegelman, and Charles Schulz.

"Mutts" has won several prestigious awards, including five Harvey Awards for Best Comic Strip, Germany's Max and Moritz Award for Best International Comic Strip, and the prestigious Reuben Award for Cartoonist of the Year. Besides, Mutts, McDonnell has written several children's books, two of which have become national bestsellers.
