McDonald's 10-piece chicken McNuggets are $1 for a limited time. Here's what to know

An order of McDonald’s McNuggets will only cost you $1, but not for long.
Once per week, customers can get a 10-piece chicken McNuggets for $1 now through Dec. 2, when they order on the mobile app, the fast-food giant said in a news release.
A menu favorite, the nuggets are made with white meat chicken and “no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives,” according to McDonald’s website.
The limited-time offer is part of the restaurant’s fall savings lineup, announced back in September. McDonald’s said it would extend its $5 Meal Deal through December, along with other local offers aimed at saving customers money.
The burger chain has faced criticism over its high menu prices in recent years.
“We’re committed to keeping our prices as affordable as possible, which is why we’re doubling down with even more ways to save,” Joe Erlinger, president of McDonald’s USA, said in the release.
“The extension of the $5 Meal Deal, and the other offerings we’re announcing for our fall line-up, are just a few of the ways we’re working hard to offer great meals at a fair price,” Erlinger said.
