Sundown Splendor Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients 4 bell peppers 1/2 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken) 1 cup cooked rice 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat, cooked rice, cheese, salt, and pepper.

 

Stuff each bell pepper with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes until the peppers are tender and the meat is cooked through.
