Jessica Biel paid tribute to Justin Timberlake’s 44th birthday with a nod to their “sometimes devolving” marriage, roughly seven months after his DUI arrest reportedly caused waves in their union.

The “Sinner” producer, 42, shared an Instagram carousel Friday featuring snaps from the couple’s life together, topped off with a refreshingly raw — albeit somewhat vague — caption about their ups and downs.

“Another year of joy and challenges being a parent with you. Another year together being curious and creative in the world. Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all,” Biel wrote.

Back in October, an insider close to Biel’s family told People that JT had “done everything” he could to “make up for” drunkenly blowing through a stop sign in the Hamptons last June. Police said the pop star failed several field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer, leading him to be hit with charges of driving while intoxicated.

Despite seemingly putting on a happy face, Biel was “extremely upset” about the arrest, a source told Us Weekly at the time.

Timberlake — who shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, with the Emmy nominee — pleaded guilty in September to the lesser charge of driving while impaired. He was sentenced to pay a maximum fine of $500 and serve 25 hours of community service.

Timberlake initially pleaded not guilty to the previous charge of driving while intoxicated, which could have carried a sentence of up to a year in jail.

Years before his arrest, the couple’s marriage hit a public snag when JT was photographed holding hands with his “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright while out at a bar. Though the crooner denied anything inappropriate happened, he later issued a public apology to Biel for putting her through “such an embarrassing situation.”
