Gwen Stefani loves to "celebrate" being a mom at Christmas.

The No Doubt frontwoman - who has Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and 10-year-old Apollo with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale and is now married to Blake Shelton - admitted her brood adore the festive season and they all enjoy being at home together.

She recently told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "Having a family and being a mom is something I always dreamed of, and Christmas is all part of celebrating that.

"My kids are so nostalgic and excited about Christmas, it's our favourite time of year."

The 'Don't Speak' hitmaker's household particularly love to craft some sweet treats.

She explained: "We're always trying to create traditions, just as my parents did for us when I was a kid. One of them is making Christmas marshmallow wreaths. Blake really loves those - they're addictive."

The 55-year-old star recently reflected on how her life was in "complete turmoil" before she started dating Blake, who she met when they both worked on 'The Voice'.

She told People magazine: "We had just met, and it was chaos. Both of our lives were in complete turmoil, all over the ground. Nothing could save us at that point.

"There was a point where I was like, 'I can't even talk to you. This is insane. I already have enough problems. This is not happening anymore. We're not going to text or nothing.'"

Blake - who was married to Miranda Lambert between 2011 and 2015 - ultimately managed to wow the blonde beauty with his musical talents.

Gwen - who married the 48-year-old country star in 2021 - said: "I think he really wanted to impress me, because he doesn't really write songs as much as he used to. And I love writing songs. That's everything to me.

"If I want to feel like I have any kind of purpose or any kind of value or anything, it's about writing a song. That's where I get my fulfilment."
